Beachbody’s NEWEST program Hammer and Chisel LAUNCHES December 1st, 2015 and I want to help you get Ripped before the GYM fills up in January so I’m going to be running a TEST group for the program and I want YOU in it! This Test group is going to be designed for YOU and your partner. Yup, it’s a couples group!
I’ll only be accepting 20 people into this exclusive group! It will be hosted in a private online group, where over the next 60 days we will be accountability partners!
The details:
Length of Hammer and Chisel: 60 Days
Average workout time of Hammer and Chisel: 30-40 minutes, totally doable right?
Equipment needed for Hammer and Chisel:
-chin up bar OR door attachment for resistance band (I don’t have a chin up bar so I’ll be using bands)
Partner/spouse/friend/cat Ok, so it’s optional to have a partner join you BUT it’s WAY more fun!
