This program is designed to build muscle and sculpt your body into the sexy beast you are!
60 Days of intense training (BUT there is still a modifier if you’re not quite there yet) combined with meal plans, and shakeology will get you in shape like you’ve never believed.
This program combines two amazing trainers (Autumn Calabrese-creator of the 21 day fix, and Sagi Kalev) to give you the best results possible. And ladies, if you think weights are for boys, think again. They will NOT make you bulky, they will make you LEAN and muscle actually BURNS fat!!
The workouts are about 30-45 minutes each and there is a rest day! With over 12 different workouts I promise you, if you have workout program ADD, this is the program for you! You will not get bored!
A few things about this program:
You will need weights. Not just 3lbs, we’re talking a range of weights from 5 lbs to about 20’s if you are just starting out.
You will need a bench OR a stability ball (yoga ball), but I find the Bench is better than the ball. The ball actually makes some of the workout moves MORE intense.
Most of the workouts are a bit longer than 30 minutes so you will need to schedule it in.
What I love about this program is that it incorporates weights in ways I never thought possible and that there IS a modifier for me to follow so that I could build up the strength to get to the next level.
If you are looking at creating some definition in your body (even if you have a cozy layer of winter chub resting on you) this IS an amazing program to start with. Plus, the food you get to eat is FANTASTIC. (i’m all about the food)
